Happy Friday!
It’s Panoply weekend in Huntsville, which means we are due for some rain. Jokes aside, if you’re headed to Big Spring Park this weekend, I hope you have a great time!
Let’s get to it!

👨🚀 Blast Off
🚀 First Look at U.S. Space Command HQ Revealed
A glimpse into the future of United States Space Command is coming into focus as new conceptual designs for its planned headquarters at Redstone Arsenal have been unveiled.
Plans outline a campus spanning roughly 460,000 square feet across 60 acres, eventually supporting more than 1,300 personnel, including both civilian staff and active-duty service members.
Initial personnel from the command’s intelligence division have begun operations locally, with more expected to arrive throughout the year as temporary facilities come online.
Construction on the permanent headquarters is currently projected to begin next year. As the project progresses, leaders say the move will further solidify Huntsville’s role as a critical hub for national defense and space operations, building on decades of innovation tied to the Arsenal.
