🎪 A Broadway-Style Circus Is Coming to Huntsville

The Venardos Circus' A Grand Ol' Time Tour is now at MidCity!

It's a new kind of circus without animals, mixing classic acts with Broadway-style shows.

You'll see cool acts like acrobatics, trampoline tricks, juggling, and more.

The show started on Thursday and will run this weekend and through November 24.

It's great for families and a fun way for kids to experience the circus.

We loved the opening night, and you will too! Make sure to get your tickets—you don't want to miss it!

🌕 Space Command HQ Likely Coming to Huntsville

After some back and forth, it looks like Space Command HQ will be built in Huntsville after all.

This week, Alabama's Lt. Governor Will Ainsworth said on social media that he spoke with Senator Tommy Tuberville's team about the future location of Space Command.

He shared that Tuberville's team is confident that Trump will move Space Command HQ to Huntsville.

Further, U.S. Representative Mike Rogers chairs the House Armed Services Committee. He expects Space Command construction to start in Huntsville in 2025.

Rogers says it is not official yet. But, President-elect Trump will make it so in his first week in office.

This will reverse President Joe Biden’s decision to base the HQ in Colorado Springs.

🎄 Rocket City Christmas Light Show

One of Huntsville’s best Christmas light shows is returning to Toyota Field for a fifth year. The show will kick off on November 22 and will be open nightly through December 29.

The drive-through light show trail is about a mile and a half and features almost one million lights. Guests can also enter the ballpark for holiday activities, hot drinks, fire pits, and more!

🎁 Float Huntsville Black Friday Deal

Float Huntsville is offering its biggest deal of the year for Black Friday, and it’s live right now! Today through November 30, you can get 30% off all gift cards with the code BlackFriday2024.

You can redeem the gift card for float or sauna sessions, and you can also use it in the retail area. If you’ve got someone in your life that’s hard to buy a gift for, this would be a great option!

📚 Free 2 Teach Gets Massive Donation

This week, Free 2 Teach CEO Alison Kling announced a historic $150,000 grant from Meta. It's the largest donation ever for the Huntsville nonprofit and will provide free classroom supplies to teachers.

The nonprofit serves 88 public schools in Huntsville, Madison County, and Madison City. They operate a free teacher store on Leeman Ferry and stock it with paper, pencils, STEM lesson kits, art supplies, books, and more.
