🎨 Secret Artemis Art Trail Returns

The Secret Artemis II Downtown Art Trail is back, offering a fun, interactive way to explore Huntsville’s space history.

Created to celebrate NASA’s Artemis program, this self-guided scavenger hunt sends you through downtown in search of 10 small Artemis rocket sculptures hidden throughout the area.

Start by picking up a trail card at the Huntsville Visitor’s Bureau, then set out on foot to find each rocket and learn more about the city’s role in space exploration along the way. Complete the hunt to earn a commemorative Artemis II sticker.

🛍️ L.L. Bean Is Coming to Huntsville

L.L.Bean is opening its first Alabama store at Bridge Street this spring.

The nationally known outdoor brand says Huntsville’s strong outdoor culture made the city a natural choice. The new brick-and-mortar location will offer easy access to outdoor gear and apparel, whether you’re hiking Monte Sano or enjoying a walk through Big Spring Park.

💰️ $100 Million in Giving Back

The Community Foundation of Greater Huntsville announced that it has distributed more than $100 million in grants to nonprofits since its founding in 2008.

Nearly 2,000 organizations have benefited, with most of the funding staying in North Alabama to support programs across Madison, Limestone, Morgan, Marshall, and Jackson counties.

These grants strengthen local schools, hospitals, and community services, improving everyday life throughout the region and highlighting the impact of sustained investment in Huntsville’s future.
