šµ Concerts on the Dock Returns to Lowe Mill This Fall
Lowe Mil is bringing back its popular Concerts on the Dock series this fall, kicking off August 29 and running through September 26.
The five-week lineup features a mix of R&B, indie, and rock acts that will surely bring down the house. Here's the full schedule and list of performers.
Concertgoers can enjoy live performances on Lowe Millās historic loading-dock-turned-stage, explore the studios of hundreds of working artists, and sample food and drinks from local vendors.
The best part? Every concert is 100% free to attend. However, parking will cost $10, so make sure you carpool.
āļø New Coffee Shop Opens at Campus 805
Attention all caffeine lovers, Campus 805 is now the home to Huntsvilleās newest coffee shop. Campus Grounds is open and ready for business inside Straight to Aleās taproom.
Whatever you like, theyāve got it... drip coffee, lattes, cold brew, and iced coffee. They also serve classic breakfast bites like muffins, croissants, parfaits, and even tater tots.
You can grab a fresh cup of joe and a bite of breakfast Monday-Saturday starting at 7 AM!
āļø South Star Music Festival to Pause in 2025
South Star Music Festival will not be coming back to Huntsville this year. Organizers and city leaders say this is all so they can finish improvements to John Hunt Park and the expansion of the parkās Ice Sports Center.
You may remember, the inaugural South Star Festival in 2024 was cancelled halfway through after heavy rains made the grounds muddy and unsafe.
While no date has been set for the festivalās comeback, both the City and organizers have expressed excitement about its future in Huntsville once infrastructure upgrades are complete.
