THIS EMAIL IS PRESENTED BY THE MANOR ON COUNTY LINE
💰 Let’s Face It… Houses Aren’t Getting Any Cheaper
With interest rates and home prices at an all-time high right now, living in an apartment makes more sense than ever before.
Let me tell you about The Manor, a luxury apartment complex off County Line Road.
It has a great location near I-565 and is perfect for people working at Amazon, Buffalo Rock, or Mazda-Toyota.
Even better, they’re running a BIG discount right now. The next ten applicants will get $3,000 off a 2×2 unit or $2,250 off a 1×1 unit!
The Manor has a limited number of move-in-ready apartments available, so if you think you might be interested, go ahead and check out the floor plans and submit an application to secure the discount!
👨🚀 Blast Off
🪦 The Maple Hill Cemetery Stroll Is This Weekend
The Maple Hill Cemetery Stroll is this Sunday from 1:30 to 4:30 PM. There will be over 70 costumed characters telling stories of Huntsville’s rich history.
If you’ve never been, this is a great way to bring Huntsville history to life! I went for the first time in high school for extra credit, and it was so much fun!
This is also a great event for families with kids and newcomers to Huntsville. There will be live music, tons of exhibits, and scavenger hunts.
The event is completely free and is organized by the Huntsville Pilgrimage Association. Donations are appreciated, and all proceeds go toward the restoration and preservation of the cemetery.
🚀 Taking Flight
🎾 Huntsville Tennis Center Getting New Courts
The Huntsville Tennis Center at John Hunt is set to get a $4.6 million facelift in the coming months.
The biggest improvement will be the addition of ten new hard courts and lighting. However, the renovation project will also turn the six hard courts into clay courts and add a restroom, additional parking, and sidewalks.
🎪 Venardos Circus Is Coming to MidCity
The Venardos Circus is set to arrive at MidCity on November 14 and will be staying through the 24th. The Broadway-style animal-free circus will celebrate its 10th Anniversary with its Decade of Dreams performance.
Tickets start at just $16.95 and are on sale now.
🎃 Free Halloween Party and Haunted House at The Orion
The Huntsville Police Department (HPD) and Huntsville Parks and Recreation are teaming up for the ultimate Halloween party and haunted house on October 27 from 4-9 PM.
The event is completely free, and there will be a trunk or treat along with bounce houses, carnival games, food trucks, and more.
