I hope everyone’s week is off to a good start. Congrats to Shannon B. on winning our Disney on Ice tickets!

Before we get started, I need your help with something.

I’ve been tossing around an idea for a Huntsville Explorer Adventure Card. It would be a themed card with three “adventures” on it for you to complete. If you complete all three adventures, I’ll mail you a prize (likely a free treat from a local business).

These are physical cards that would be mailed to you and would likely cost $5, mainly to cover the printing and mailing costs. Here’s a mockup of what it would look like.

I thought this would be fun for a few reasons:

• Everyone loves getting something in the mail

• It’s a low-cost way to explore Huntsville

• If you complete it you’ll get a prize that’s worth more than the cost

I only want to make these if it’s something the community is interested in. So please take a second to vote on the poll below.

Their pancakes are topped with matcha, Nutella, fresh fruit, and more. You’ll also find Basque cheesecakes, Eggs Benedict, and fun drinks like matcha lattes and fruity refreshers.

The Grant Funk Railroad is decorated for Easter and is ready for visitors! If you haven’t heard of it, Grant and Jenny Sweer operate this magical display from their own backyard in Owens Cross Roads.

Their tiny trains and buildings create a detailed miniature world for visitors to enjoy. The Easter display will have multiple viewing times available leading up to Easter.
