🎵 Cigar Box Music Festival

Experience 6 strings, 3 venues, and a whole lot of music at the 21st Cigar Box Guitar Festival this weekend!

The fun kicks off this Friday and will stretch across the Rocket City, all culminating with Sunday’s grand finale concert at The Orion. Get ready for a full weekend packed with games, a casino night, guitar classes, dance lessons, and more.

The festival will wrap up with a concert from Grammy-winner Gary Nichols and the legendary FAME Gang of Muscle Shoals, plus a few surprise acts.

Don't forget, all proceeds from each event will help fund music programs in local schools. More info and a full schedule of events can be found here.

🥩 Alabama’s First Chop House

The Chop House is opening its first Alabama location at Town Madison, bringing its upscale yet casual steakhouse experience to the Huntsville area.

Known for USDA Prime cuts like ribeyes, filets, and porterhouses, the menu also features slow-roasted prime rib, seafood, and classic appetizers like deviled eggs and fried calamari.

Originally started in 1992, The Chop House now has ten locations across the Southeast. We don't have an opening date yet, but you can check out the menu while you wait!

❌ Insanity Complex Is Officially Closed

Madison’s iconic Insanity Complex has shut down for good. Owners made the unexpected announcement last week after a decade of providing family fun to the Tennessee Valley.

For years, kids and adults were able to enjoy mini golf, batting cages, laser tag, arcade games, and skating at the complex. As of right now, we don't know why they’re shutting down or what will happen to the building.
