ā¤ļø A Big Boost For Downtown Madison

The heart of Madison is now a Main Street Alabama Designated District. This new label means big things for the city's historic downtown area.

Main Street Alabama recognizes historic districts across the state, with a goal of revitalization and rejuvenation. A Main Street Alabama team will soon start work on economic development studies and strategies for the area.

City leaders are celebrating this milestone with a block party during the Third Thursday Event on June 19!

In just a few days, you’ll be able to enjoy a savory cheeseburger alongside a sweet treat. Huntsville’s first Mo’Bay Beignet Co. and Bay Town Burger Co. opens up this Thursday, June 5, at 1981 Jeff Road.

The Huntsville Music Office is getting ready to celebrate local musicians with Make Music Day on June 21.
