🏒 Huntsville Havoc Set For Playoff Showdown
Playoff hockey is back in Huntsville as the Havoc gear up for Round 1 of the President’s Cup Playoffs this weekend, with a best-of-three series against the Knoxville Ice Bears.
The series kicks off on the road in Knoxville tonight, before shifting back home to the VBC for Game 2 on Saturday. If needed, a decisive Game 3 will also take place in Huntsville Monday night.

The Rocket City is coming together once again to celebrate space history with an Artemis II Splashdown Watch Party in Big Spring Park today (Friday), and you’re invited!
The event will feature a live stream of the mission’s return beginning at 6 PM. Attendees can enjoy food trucks and appearances from Space & Rocket Center mascots while watching this milestone moment unfold.

🦞 Crawfish Festival Returns to MidCity With 10,000 Pounds of Crawfish
Get ready for a full day of flavor and fun as the Crawfish Festival returns to MidCity next Saturday, April 18.
The crowd-favorite event will feature live performances from local bands, along with over 10,000 pounds of crawfish! Plus, local restaurants will offer a variety of Cajun-inspired dishes, drinks, and desserts.
Event better, for the first time in the event’s 6 year history admission is totally free and a portion of proceeds will benefit local charities!
🛍 Free People & FP Movement Open This Weekend
Free People and Free People Movement will officially open its doors at the new Stadium Commons development today (Friday) at 10 AM.
Located along Memorial Parkway in front of Joe Davis Stadium, the new store marks Alabama’s first FP Movement location and the second Free People store in the state.
If you’re not familiar with the brand, Free People offers everything from high end apparel to chic accessories, while FP Movement focuses on performance-ready activewear and everyday athleisure.
