Good Employees Are Hard To Find

Rob Murphy, Founder of Affinity Recruiting

Thankfully, Affinity Recruiting finds them for a living, so you don't have to.

According to Forbes, hiring mistakes cost the average small business $1.5M annually, which seems impossible... but when you think about the amount of time wasted on reviewing resumes, interviewing, training, and leading employees who underperform or quit, it starts to make sense.

Affinity's 74 clients don't have those headaches.

Affinity's clients spend their time doing what they do best: running a business well enough to need more employees. Affinity makes introductions to superstars when needed.
