Happy Tuesday!
The first day of spring is only a few days away, so it’s only fitting that we got some snow flurries in mid-March! You never know what North Alabama weather is going to have in store…
If you got some snow, I’d love to see it! Hit reply and send me a picture or two!!
Let’s get to it!

🌮 Barracuda Taco Stand Opening This Friday
The highly anticipated Barracuda Taco Stand is hosting its ribbon cutting this Thursday at 10:30 AM and will be opening fully to the public on Friday.
The new taco stand is located at 535 Meridian Street, just steps away from Furniture Factory Bar & Grill. The restaurant is known for its out of this world tacos and hand-pressed four-ingredient tortillas, along with classics like fish and shrimp tacos, rice bowls, house-made salsas, and margaritas.
Originally founded in New Orleans, the Huntsville location marks the brand’s first location in Alabama! You can see the full menu here.
🍕 Fatso’s Famous Pizza Opens in South Huntsville
Fatso’s Famous Pizza has officially opened its doors in South Huntsville, bringing thin-crust pies and plenty of toppings to the area.
The new restaurant is located at 7914 Memorial Parkway (in the Bigfoot’s Little Donuts plaza) and serves a variety of pies, ranging from classic pepperoni to bold takes on the Italian classic. Have you ever thought to put pickles on your pizza? Why not give it a try?
