Huntsville’s Red Hot Real Estate Market
It’s no secret that the Huntsville real estate market is red hot right now, and trying to build your own home can take years!
What if I told you there were some new move-in ready homes with a prime location in South Huntsville?
Well, I’ve got some great news. Hays Farm has quick-move-in homes that are ready for purchase!
They’re selling fast, so be sure to have a look before they’re all sold!

The North Huntsville Library Is Expanding
The City of Huntsville is looking to expand parts of the North Huntsville Library to include an area that would help introduce teens to the technology of music.
The new area would be built on the library’s second floor, which is currently vacant.
There are already a lot of popular music programs at the library, and the expansion would help provide a foundation in music for teens interested in a career in music.
Currently, the city is just looking at options and does not have any concrete plans in stone.
