Let’s Face It: Home Prices Aren’t Going Down Anytime Soon

Look at that beautiful pool!

With interest rates and home prices at an all-time high right now, living in an apartment makes more sense than ever before.

Let me tell you about The Manor, a luxury apartment complex off County Line Road.

It has a great location near I-565 and is perfect for people working at Amazon, Buffalo Rock, or Mazda-Toyota.

Even better, they’re running a BIG discount right now. If you move in before the end of September, you will receive up to $1,000 off three months’ rent!

The Manor has a limited number of move-in-ready apartments available, so if you think you might be interested, go ahead and check out the floor plans and submit an application to secure the discount!

The Niña and Pinta Replicas Are Docking At Ditto Landing This Friday

Replicas of the Niña and Pinta are sailing into Ditto Landing on Friday, August 23. They will be docked at the marina through September 8 and are open for self-guided tours!

No reservations are required, but you will need to buy a ticket. It’ll be $10 for adults, $9 for seniors (60+), $8 for students and military. No ticket is required for children under the age of 4.

For those who need a quick refresher, the Niña and Pinta were two of the three ships that Christopher Columbus sailed on during his first transatlantic voyage in 1492.

These ships are close to an exact replica of what Christopher Columbus sailed and would make for a great educational field trip for your family!

Alabama is coming off its first Final Four trip in program history, and Memphis always has a strong and scrappy team led by NBA legend Penny Hardaway.
