🎊 Mary’s Pit BBQ Raising Money to Rebuild After Fire
The Toney family is raising funds to rebuild Mary’s Pit BBQ after a fire destroyed it on Friday. Located in Gurley, the restaurant has been a local favorite since 1958.
While the building was completely lost in the fire, fortunately, no injuries were reported. It seems an electrical issue caused the fire, and a police investigation is underway to determine the exact cause.
The GoFundMe campaign has raised over $6,000 but still needs more to reach its goal. If you donate, please email us the receipt. Huntsville Explorer will match donations up to $500.
