Happy Tuesday!

I hope all 9,052 9,197 of you survived the first Monday of 2025. There are only 51 more Mondays left this year. You got this!

On Friday, I offered a limited-time discount on our Premium Explorer membership. Unfortunately, I made a mistake with the discount code and set it to expire as soon as the newsletter went out. My bad.

So I decided to offer it one more time. For 24 hours, you can get 25% off your first month as a Premium Explorer. This means you’ll automatically be entered into our giveaway later this month!

If you’d like to take advantage of the discount, click here.

Alrighty, let’s get to it!

❄️ Madison County Is Ready For Snow

Madison County is ready for the chance of snow this Friday! After learning lessons from last year’s big ice storm, the city is taking extra precautions.

The city has added five heavy trucks with plows and spreaders to its arsenal. Crews will use salt brine trucks and snowplows to keep main roads clear. Huntsville Utilities has workers on standby in case of power outages.

City officials are also urging everyone to prepare their homes as well. They recommend insulating pipes and setting thermostats to 68 degrees.
