How Well Do You Sleep At Night?
According to a survey from the National Council on Aging (yup, it’s a real thing), more than 30% of Americans get less than 7 hours of sleep a night.
Not only does this lead to you needing to drink multiple cups of coffee to stay awake, but a lack of sleep can also lead to an increased risk of diabetes, depression, heart attacks, and strokes.
That’s why we are happy to partner with Select Mattress Co. This local company is flipping the traditional mattress shopping experience upside down and is committed to helping you find a comfortable mattress so you can get a full night’s sleep.
Unlike other mattress stores, their shopping experience is by appointment only, and all their mattresses are 40-50% less than traditional retail stores.
Even better, the first ten people to reference this ad while booking an appointment will receive an additional 15% off.
Ready for a good night’s sleep? Click the button below to book a free appointment and lock in the 15% discount.

đź’° Mill Creek Redevelopment
The Huntsville City Council has officially accepted a $50 million grant from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, moving one step closer to greenlighting the Mill Creek redevelopment.
In addition to the grant, the Huntsville Housing Authority will invest $350 million into the mixed-income community, which is located west of Memorial Parkway along Governors Drive.
The development will take years to complete and is being broken up into four different phases.
Phase 1:
Construction of an 84-unit Universal Design building at Governors Drive and 1st Street.
Phase 2:
Development of a 100-unit senior housing complex off of 1st Street.
Phase 3:
Construction of 151 units of family housing along Governors Drive between Seminole Drive and 1st Street.
Development of a family housing complex along Harden Avenue between 1st Street and a newly designated street.
Phase 4:
Addition of 172 family units south of Clinton Avenue off Seminole Drive.
Phase 5:
Construction of 73 units at Brahan Avenue and Indiana Street intersection.
Completion of a new linear park.
The project should begin sometime next year. Those who are interested can see the full Mill Creek Redevelopment plans here.

🍔 Small Sliders Coming to Huntsville
An Atlanta-based burger joint is making plans to come to Huntsville, according to Rocket City Scope. The unique restaurant is built from shipping containers and offers a simple menu of burgers, sliders, fries, and shakes. No location or estimated opening date has been announced yet.
🚧 Sandra Moon Complex Enters Final Phase of Development
Construction has begun on the final phase of the Sandra Moon Community Complex at the former Grissom High School site. This last phase includes transforming the old auditorium and other enhancements to support events.
The project will add a new 14,000-square-foot, two-story building to expand space for music and dance programs, refurbish gymnasiums, and add a 300-seat event center.
The project is expected to be completed by the first half of 2026 and will cost around $31 million.
